Password Change Reporting Form

For all students with new email accounts:

You have a default password to enter your account for the first time.  For safety and security reasons, it's in your best interest to change that password. If you do, please fill out this form so we can keep a record of your accounts.  If you change the password and forget what it is, we can't go in and fix it--we'll have to delete the account.  If we have to do that, you'll lose access to all of the Google docs you created using this new account.  So, please use the link to fill out the form so we can record your information.
